Public Offer

Effective from: April 17, 2026

1. General Provisions

This Public Offer constitutes an official offer by MIR09 (“Company”), the operator of the digital memorial platform available at rip.gd (“Platform”), to any individual or legal entity (“User”, “Customer”, “You”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of digital memorial services.

By registering on the Platform, creating a memorial, or topping up an internal balance, you accept the terms of this Public Offer in full, without any reservations or exceptions.

2. Service Description

The Company provides digital memorial services through the website rip.gd, including:

  • Creation and hosting of digital memorial pages.
  • Storage for photos, video links, and JPG documents.
  • Interactive features (comments, virtual gifts, family ties system).
  • Specialized services: Digital Testament, GPS coordinates, and DNA storage.
  • Internal wallet system for managing service upgrades and features.

3. Service Plans and Pricing

3.1 Available Plans

Legacy 100 years $100 Enhanced quality, 10 photos, 5 video links, 10 documents, custom background.
Infinity Permanent $5000 DNA storage, coordinates, unlimited media, 20 family ties, exclusive design.

3.2 Additional Services (Microtransactions)

Users can use their internal balance for:

  • "Top Up" (Move to Top): $1 per action (updates the memorial's priority).
  • Virtual Gifts: From $1 (24h) to $100 (1 year).
  • Background Music: $5 (one-time fee for Legacy/Infinity).
  • Color Highlighting: From $1 (24h) to $100 (1 year).

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Internal Wallet

Payments for services (except the Infinity plan) are made through an internal wallet. You can top up your balance using PayPal. The service fee is deducted only at the moment you click "Publish".

4.2 Payment Security

All external transactions are processed through PayPal's secure gateway. We do not store your credit card or payment account information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Services

Due to the digital nature of our services, a refund is not possible once a memorial has been published and the funds have been deducted from the internal balance.

5.2 Refund Requests

If you have made a mistake during a balance top-up or encountered a technical error, please contact us via the Contact Form. Each case will be reviewed individually within 14 business days.

6. Service Delivery

6.1 Moderation and Activation

  • New Users: The first two memorials created by a new user are subject to manual moderation by the platform administration (1–3 business days).
  • Status: Fees for Legacy and Infinity plans are charged only after successful publication. Memorials in “Reserve” status do not trigger a charge.

7. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the deceased.
  • Not use the platform for spam, insults, or political propaganda.
  • Respect intellectual property rights for uploaded images and documents.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

8. Company Obligations

We commit to:

  • Provide reliable hosting according to the selected plan's duration (10, 100 years, or Permanent).
  • Protect your data as per our Privacy Policy.
  • Execute "Digital Testament" instructions as specified in your profile settings.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

The Company is not liable for data loss caused by third-party services or user actions. In cases of Force Majeure (war, cyberattacks, natural disasters), service availability may be temporarily limited.

10. Expiration and Archiving

Upon expiration of a Basic or Legacy term:

  • The memorial may be hidden from search and public view.
  • The User will be notified via email to renew the status.
  • After 180 days of expiration, the data may be permanently removed if no renewal is made.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes should be addressed through our Contact Form. We aim to resolve all issues through good-faith negotiation within 72 hours.
