Uploading Your Own Videos
On Legacy and Infinity you can upload your own video files in addition to video links. Uploads cost $50 per started gigabyte, taken from your account balance after the upload finishes. Up to 10 uploaded videos per memorial, 1 GB per file. Only MP4 with H.264 video and AAC sound is accepted - other formats cannot play in browsers and are rejected before you are charged.
A time capsule can hold one video: MP4 / H.264, up to 1 GB, at the same $50 per started gigabyte.
QR Plaques for the Graveside
We make and ship a physical QR plaque that links the resting place to the full digital memorial. Each plaque is made from a weatherproof material - resistant to wind, rain, snow and UV - and the QR code is designed for long-term outdoor use. Available on every plan, paid from your account balance. The prices below include shipping within the USA. Shipping charges may vary by destination.

Billing & Payments
Most features - gifts, plaques, uploads, promotions - are paid from your account balance, which you top up by card or PayPal. Every transaction is listed in your dashboard under Billing & History.
Unused Wallet funds may be refunded when an account is closed, subject to applicable payment-provider and banking fees. Amounts already used for services are subject to the refund rules applicable to those services.
A note on payment fraud: We monitor transactions for suspected payment fraud and abuse. Where appropriate, we may temporarily restrict account functions while a payment dispute or suspected fraudulent transaction is reviewed. Please only use payment methods that belong to you.
Prices are one-time payments for the stated preservation period unless noted otherwise. Legacy and Infinity fees are charged upon successful publication. For large or special payments, use the Payment Request form.
