A cheerful, kind, and compassionate man. He was married once, is divorced, and has an adult son, Evgeny. He lived in Kharkiv his entire adult life, where he ran a business on Barabashov Street and also worked as a taxi driver.
In 2009, he was involved in a serious car accident through no fault of his own, which led to a loss of health and his ability to work. Fate would, unfortunately, bring many more unpleasant surprises.
In 2017, he suffered a stroke, which paralyzed the entire right side of his body. This devastating event led to despair and apathy towards life. By then, he was living in a small private house in the Kharkiv Tractor Plant area with his mother. A year later, following a brief illness and unsuccessful treatment, he passed away in the hospital.
