Biography

Anhelina Arturivna Nechvolod was born on June 28, 2005, in Kharkiv.
In 2008, she moved with her mother and sister to the village of Pidlyman in the Izium district.

After completing her studies, she trained as a cook and confectioner, a profession she embraced with talent and enthusiasm. For a time, she worked in a supermarket chain, where her skills and dedication were appreciated.

Anhelina was remembered as cheerful, kind, and creative. She loved baking, especially pizza and pastries, and enjoyed sharing her culinary creations with family and friends. She was close to her younger sister Oleksandra, with whom she shared a deep bond. Together they were known for their lively spirit, often posting joyful videos online.

On February 4, 2025, tragedy struck. Anhelina traveled to Izium to resolve official matters and later met her sister for coffee. As they returned to their car, a ballistic strike was launched on the nearby building of the State Migration Service. Both girls were buried under the rubble and died at the scene. Anhelina was 19 years old and four months pregnant, preparing for her wedding that summer.

The sisters were laid to rest side by side in their native village of Pidlyman.

Anhelina is survived by her fiancé, parents, and younger brother, who remember her as a loving daughter and sister, full of promise and light.

The memory of Anhelina Nechvolod endures as that of a young woman whose life was filled with dreams, kindness, and love, cut short by war but forever cherished by her family and friends.
