Biography

He graduated from eighth grade with honors. He then enrolled in evening school and took driving courses.
In 1968, he began working at the Kommunar plant as an apprentice milling machine operator. He received a second-class diploma.
From 1968 to 1970, he served in the Soviet Army. After his service, he began working in the ORSA supply department as a scooter driver and was later transferred to truck driving.
In 1972, he left his post and joined the Abrasive Plant as a driver in Shop 20. In December of that year, he left for ensign school in Samarkand.
From March 1973, he served in Moldova with the rank of ensign. He married in June of that year.
In 1976, his son Yuri was born.
In 1978, he retired from the Soviet Army and moved with his family to Zaporizhzhia. In late summer, he resumed working as a driver in Shop 20 of the Abrasive Plant. He earned a first-class driver's license and opened all vehicle driving categories.
In 1986, he transferred to Shop 10, the abrasives production plant, as an instrumentation and automation electrician.
In 2004, he transferred to Zaporizhzhia Eastern Electric Networks OJSC in the telemetry and computer engineering laboratory, working as a 6th-category DOTA electrician. In 2008, he suffered a massive heart attack and, after treatment, was assigned a Group 3 disability.
In 2011, he retired.
Favorite hobbies: computers, electronics, numismatics. On October 13, 2021, at 9:00 AM, he died at home of a heart attack.
He was cremated. His ashes are near his parents at the Pervomayskoye (Southern) Cemetery.
