Biography

Oleksandr Anatoliiovych Voronov was born on November 2, 1982, in the city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region. He studied at Secondary School No.17 and later graduated from Vocational School No.113, where he trained as an auto mechanic. For many years he worked in his profession, and in 2021 he joined the municipal enterprise Komuntrans as a driver, serving his community with dedication.

Oleksandr was passionate about cars and enjoyed fishing in his free time. He was remembered as a responsible, caring, and kind man who was always ready to help others. During the difficult days of war, he voluntarily assisted in evacuating residents and their belongings from dangerous areas, showing courage and compassion.

On September 24, 2025, tragic moment happened. Russian forces carried out two airstrikes with guided bombs on Kostiantynivka. Oleksandr was driving his car along Shmidt Street when the second bomb fell nearby. Shrapnel struck him fatally, ending his life at the age of 42.

Oleksandr Voronov was laid to rest in the city of Druzhkivka, Donetsk region.
He is survived by his wife, daughter, and son, who remember him as a loving husband and father.

His memory lives on as that of a devoted family man, a loyal friend, and a civilian hero who gave his strength to others in times of need. Oleksandr remains forever in the hearts of his loved ones.
